Cloud Security Assessment & Infrastructure
Identify misconfigurations, toxic combinations of IAM permissions, and exposed cluster control planes. We perform architecture reviews and active offensive simulations across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes environments to prevent catastrophic cloud breaches.
Cloud & Container Vectors Tested
Cloud security is about permissions and architecture. We uncover toxic identity combinations and workload exposures.
IAM Privilege Escalation
Exploiting subtle permission combinations (such as `iam:PassRole`, `iam:CreatePolicyVersion`, or `sts:AssumeRole`) to elevate compromised accounts to full Cloud Administrator.
Kubernetes & Container Escapes
Auditing Kubernetes cluster RBAC, overly permissive pod service accounts, privileged container breakouts, and exposed Kubelet API endpoints.
Exposed Storage & Data Leaks
Unauthenticated AWS S3 bucket policies, Azure Blob public containers, Google Cloud Storage access control list flaws, and unencrypted snapshot exposures.
Serverless & Cloud Functions
Auditing AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, and Cloud Run code execution roles, persistent `/tmp` storage leakage, and event injection triggers.
Secrets & KMS Governance
Hardcoded credentials in CI/CD pipeline definitions, plain-text environment variables in task definitions (ECS/EKS), and overly permissive KMS decryption policies.
VPC Isolation & Peering Routes
Security group misconfigurations (`0.0.0.0/0` ingress), unconstrained VPC peering links, and transit gateway routing misalignments.
Terraform & CloudFormation Remediation Recipes
We do not just hand you a spreadsheet of misconfigurations. We deliver infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu) pull requests to remediate findings directly.
Ready-to-merge IaC code fixing security groups, IAM least privilege, and bucket policies.
Declarative manifest files restricting intra-cluster namespace traffic and enforcing pod security standards.
Formal audit gap analysis report ready for compliance officers and external SOC 2 Type II auditors.
Frequently Asked Questions
What access role is needed for a cloud assessment? ↓
We request a cross-account IAM role with SecurityAudit or ReadOnlyAccess permissions, plus specific permissions to inspect IAM policies and Kubernetes API read endpoints. No write or data alteration access is requested unless doing authorized penetration testing.
Do we need to notify AWS/Azure/Google Cloud before testing? ↓
Under modern cloud provider customer agreements (such as AWS Customer Support Policy for Penetration Testing), standard penetration tests against user-owned instances and serverless functions no longer require prior authorization, provided forbidden activities (like DDoS or targeting provider hypervisors) are avoided.
Harden Your Cloud Architecture
Eliminate cloud misconfigurations and toxic IAM permissions before they lead to regulatory fines or data breach headlines.
